The Story
A certified-organic dairy worked for more than thirty years at Moltema in northern Tasmania, making its own cloth-matured cheddar and washed-rind cheeses, yoghurt, milk and cream by regenerative, biodynamic methods. A selection travels down to the Hobart Farm Gate Market on Sunday mornings.
