Coolas Ice Creamery

An ice creamery on Grampians Road in Halls Gap, a fixture of the little town at the foot of the Grampians. Thirty-odd flavours of ice cream are scooped into house-made waffle cones, with sorbet for the dairy-free, plus milkshakes, thickshakes and coffee. A lunchtime menu of hot dogs and loaded potatoes rounds it out. Open seven days.
