A Fletcher Street fixture a block back from the beach, this family-run cafe helped write the template for Byron's organic brunch: the acai bowls, the smoothies in recycled jars, the queue that forms by mid-morning on weekends. The kitchen is built around organic produce and skews heavily plant-based, with a long run of vegan and raw options, the vegan toasted sandwich and avocado toast among the standbys, backed by house treats and cold-pressed juices.
