The Story
A slice of Italy in Ballarat East since 2015, this independent kitchen turns out handmade pasta and serves it alongside an in-house deli, catering and cooking classes. There is even a small distilleria producing limoncello and arancello, with a second deli carrying the spirit out to Buninyong.
