A small oyster farm growing natural oysters in the clear waters of Cape Bauer Bay, near Streaky Bay on South Australia's Eyre Peninsula. The oysters, a blend of salty and faintly sweet, are sold direct from the grower on Stanley Williams Road, a genuinely straight-from-the-farmer stop on the state's far west coast.
