A solo pastry maker on the Sunshine Coast hand-making cakes and dessert boxes that fold Japanese sensibility into European technique, with flavours that rotate through the seasons. It is a made-to-order operation run personally by the baker, with pickups in Buderim and a stall at the Noosa Farmers Market.
