The Story
Broken Bay Pearl Farm is NSW's only pearl farm, located on the Lower Hawkesbury River near Mooney Mooney. The Shellar Door welcomes visitors to browse locally grown pearls, shells, and jewellery, or enjoy fresh local oysters at outdoor riverside seating. Guided tour experiences are available, including 'Farm to Plate' and 'Oyster & Pearl Lovers' options. Open Tuesday–Sunday, 10am–4pm. One hour north of Sydney.
