The Story

A hands-on oyster experience out on Moreton Bay, run by a family that has farmed oysters for well over a decade. Boats leave from Cleveland for the leases, where guests pull on waders, wade to an in-water table and are taught to shuck eighteen just-harvested oysters, served with prawns and a BYO drink. Tours run on weekends and take around three and a half hours.
