A tiny Albany micro-bakery milling its own flour on-site from grain grown across the Great Southern, giving its sourdough what may be one of the shortest journeys from paddock to loaf in the country. Pastries and bread are made from scratch, with a stall at the Albany Farmers' Market on Saturdays.
