Founders Brian Taing, Joe La and Darren Nguyen draw on their heritage in pastries like the Corn Cheese Danish and Taro Flower Danish, alongside focaccia pizza slices and inventive matcha drinks. The interior, by Hacsan Design, runs to Japandi lines: light timber panelling, paper lanterns and noren curtains.
