The Story
A working oyster lease, restaurant and retail seafood shop on the Tasman Highway at Cambridge, five minutes from Hobart Airport. Pacific oysters come off the farm daily, sold shucked or unopened at the shop and served alongside other Tasmanian seafood in the restaurant. Farm tours cover how the oysters are grown and processed. The retail shop trades seven days; the restaurant serves lunch most days and dinner Thursday to Saturday.
