A Newcastle bakery that grew from a home micro-operation into a community fixture in Maryville, milling its sourdough and pastries from regenerative-farmed flour, cultured butter and pasture-raised eggs. It ferments its own kimchi and sauerkraut for the sandwiches and roasts coffee to match.
