A long-running dining room in the dress circle of Katoomba's 1930s Savoy Theatre, its kitchen working from the old projection room with views across Leura and the Jamison Valley. Globally inflected plates and a bar in the former refreshment lounge give it the theatricality of its setting; a Friday supper club with live music keeps it social.
